"Sybrax Design Discord Bot" was an essential digital extension of my customer service department when managing my Discord server dedicated to taking orders. I designed this bot to automate and optimize several aspects of customer interaction. It was equipped with advanced features, including the ability to open a ticket for various requests - whether to place an order, ask a question, or request a partnership. One of its most innovative features was the automated after-sales service system: in the event of a problem with an order, the customer received a unique code, valid for two weeks, enabling him to open a specific after-sales ticket. This automation ensured seamless efficiency and traceability. The bot was also equipped with a comprehensive giveaway system, encouraging engagement within the community by offering the chance to win prizes. This bot wasn't just a management tool; it embodied my commitment to providing exceptional, interactive customer service.
